Friends Place on Capitol Hill is a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit organization that promotes civic engagement. It is a subsidiary of the FCNL Education Fund and affiliated with Friends Committee on National Legislation, both nonpartisan nonprofit Quaker organizations. It is governed by a national board, selected and approved by the FCNL Education Fund.
